單光子相機(jī)32x32 SPAD+TDC camera SPAD+TDC在3D深度分辨/計(jì)時(shí)模式下，SPAD陣列每幀提供1024個(gè)“字"，每個(gè)“字"10bit（即單幀時(shí)間分辨低至312 ps，滿(mǎn)量程范圍320 ns）。幀數(shù)在burst模式下高達(dá)100kfps（即最小積分幀時(shí)間為10 us），連續(xù)模式為10kfps。
